To strengthen our mission-driven team, we are currently looking for an Office Manager.

 

About the role

As a full-time Office Manager, you are the support and rock of the Amsterdam Office. In this position, you are responsible for many different tasks. That’s why it is essential that you are an organized type.

 

As our Office Manager, you are the one who receives our visitors and supports our People & Culture Partner with onboarding employees and organizing internal events. Booking trips and accommodations for colleagues travelling abroad and performing secretarial tasks are also part of the job. And finally, you ensure a tidy and well-kept office and take care of the orders of office suppliers.

  • You are flexible and enjoy a variety of tasks
  • You are a real team player

 

You also have:

  • Minimal secondary vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level
  • You have 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • You are proficient in the use of Word and Excel
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
